We disclose the following, and will update this section whenever the position changes:
- Neither the entity nor its research personnel accept any payment, benefit or consideration from any company, promoter, broker or third party in exchange for issuing, withholding or shaping a recommendation.
- We do not hold custody of client funds or securities at any time, and we do not have discretionary authority over any client account.
- Where the entity or its personnel hold a position in a security that is the subject of a recommendation, that holding is disclosed within the recommendation itself.
- We receive no commission, brokerage or referral fee from any broker or distributor. Our only revenue is the advisory fee paid directly by subscribers.
- We do not engage in proprietary trading against positions we have recommended to subscribers.
Fees
Advisory fees are published on the plans page and
are charged only through https://pay.btetrade.in. We do not accept
payment through any individual's personal account, through any third-party
collection agent, or through any channel that does not issue you a GST
invoice in the name of TBD Private Limited.
Fees once paid are governed by our refund and cancellation policy.
