Refund and cancellation

When you get your money back, when you do not, and how long it takes.

Cancelling

Subscriptions do not renew automatically. To stop, simply do not renew. Your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and then ends. There is nothing to cancel and no notice to give.

Refunds we do give

  • We could not deliver. If a failure on our side prevented you from receiving research for a material part of your subscription period, we will extend your period or refund it pro rata, at your choice.
  • Duplicate or incorrect payment. Paid twice, or paid the wrong amount? Tell us and we return the excess in full.
  • We terminate you without cause. If we end your subscription for a reason that is not a breach of the terms, we refund the unused portion pro rata.
  • Before activation. If you paid but have not yet been admitted to your channel and ask to withdraw, we refund in full.

Refunds we do not give

  • Trading losses. A position that went against you is not a service failure. This is the nature of market risk, and it is why the suitability note on our home page exists.
  • Change of mind after access. Once you have been admitted to a channel you have received the service, because the research is the product and it cannot be returned.
  • Termination for breach. If we terminate you for redistributing research or for the other reasons in clause 12 of the terms, no refund is due.

In short: Advisory fees are non-refundable once the subscription period has begun, except where required by law or where we are unable to deliver the service.

How to request one

Write to support@btetrade.in with your registered mobile number, the payment reference, and what happened. We acknowledge within 1 working day and decide within 7 working days.

How refunds are paid

To the same bank account or UPI handle the payment came from. We do not refund to a different account, which protects both of us. Once approved, expect the credit within 7 to 10 working days depending on your bank.

If you disagree with our decision

Escalate through our grievance process. That page also carries the SEBI SCORES and Smart ODR routes, which remain open to you regardless of what we decide.
