Regulatory
Investor charter
Your rights as a client, what we undertake to do, and the timelines we hold ourselves to.
SEBI issues a standard Investor Charter for Research Analysts and a separate one for Investment Advisers, and intermediaries are expected to publish the official text as issued rather than a paraphrase. The structure below is a scaffold so the page exists and is linked correctly; before go-live, replace each section with the current official wording for whichever registration is granted — RA, IA, or both as separate sections.
